Education development cooperation of committees of child development center under Mai Ya Sub-district Municipality, Phaya Mengrai District, Chiang Rai Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study the education management cooperation of child development center committees of Mai Ya Sub-district Municipality, Phaya Mengrai District, Chiang Rai, moreover the current problems, suggestions from committees were investigated. The mentioned committees were from different eleven child development centers, each of them was eleven people; so in total were 99 people. The questionnaires about education management cooperation of child development center committees were used as a tool. The obtained data were analyzed in percentage, mean and standard deviation. The result showed that the involvement in the education management cooperation of committees of child development center of Mai Ya Sub-district Municipality, Phaya Mengrai District, Chiang Rai Province was “moderate” level. The target group has suggestions that the Mai Ya Sub-district Municipality should develop the skills of child development center committees to be able to understand the development and education plans of child development center so that the education developments can meet the requirements of the communities and compliance with the policy and education course of government. According to theses, the committees can set the strategies for raising awareness and engaging in educations in all concerned aspects. Last, the committees of child development center should have the opportunity to participate in the selection of teachers for child development center.

การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาและข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลไม้ยา อำเภอพญาเม็งราย จังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษาได้แก่คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลไม้ยา อำเภอพญาเม็งราย จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 99 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปใช้ความถี่และร้อยละ ส่วนประเด็นการมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กใช้ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาของคณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดเทศบาลตำบลไม้ยา อำเภอพญาเม็งราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.50 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน 0.52 กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะดังนี้ เทศบาลตำบลไม้ยาควรพัฒนาทักษะความรู้ ความเข้าใจเรื่องการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาและแผนการจัดการศึกษาของ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กแก่คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเพื่อให้การจัดการศึกษามีทิศทางที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชนอย่างแท้จริง สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและหลักสูตรของทางราชการควรกำหนดกลยุทธ์การดำเนินงานเพื่อสร้างความตระหนักและการมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาให้มากขึ้นทุกด้าน คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กควรได้โอกาสมีส่วนร่วมพิจารณาคัดเลือกครูผู้ดูแลเด็กด้วย
