A STUDY OF THE OPERATION STUDENT CARE ASSISTANCE SYSTEM OF SCHOOL IN PHAN DISTRICT UNDER THE CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

This research intended for The Operation and compare classified by the size of the school and work experience a sample of 175 people the tool used as 5 level estimation scale questionnaire. The index of canformance is 1.00 and the confidence value is 0.96. The statistic of data analysis consists of percentage, average (mean) ,standard deviation, t-test and analysis of variance F-test (One way ANOVA) when a significant difference is found compare the differences of pairs by Sheffe's method.The resulits of research found that 1) The Operation Student Care Assistance System of School in Phan District under The Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 Overall, it was at a high level. when considering side by side It was found that the aspect with the highest mean was Knowing students individually, followed by student screening and the side with the least mean is prevention and problem solving of students. 2) compare Operation Student Care Assistance System of School in Phan District under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 2 classified by the size of the school found that overall There was a statistically significant difference at the 0.05 level and Comparison by work experience found that overall there was no difference.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำนวน 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ที่ 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที t-test และการวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว F-test (One way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Sheffe's method) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล รองลงมาคือ ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการป้องกันและการแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน 2) เปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของสถานศึกษาอำเภอพาน สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษาพบว่าโดยภาพรวม มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน โดยภาพรวมไม่มีความแตกต่าง
