The Academic Administration Of Phrapariyatthidhamma General Education School Group 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the state of the academic administration of Phrapariyatthidhamma general education schools, Group 1 and 2) to compare the academic administration classified by teachers status, school size and teachers work experience. The sample consisted of 161 teachers of Phrapariyatthidhama general education schools, group 1. The research tool was a 5 rating scale questionnaire with a validity 0.67-1.00 and a reliability 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,t-test and One- way ANOVA.

The research results were: 1) the state of the academic administration of Phrapariyatthidhama general education schools, group 1 in overall and each aspect were at high level, In orderly, the curriculum development ,the development of learning process, the research to develop education quality, evaluation and assessment and the development of education media innovation and technology,2) the comparison of the academic administration as classified by teachers status and by teachers work experiences were not different but the comparison as classified by school size was statistically difference at .05 level.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 1 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพของครู ขนาดของโรงเรียน และประสบการณ์สอนของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูพระภิกษุและครูฆราวาสที่สอนในโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 161 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.67-1 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น = 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t- test) และการทดสอบค่า F (F-test: การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA))

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผล และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่ม 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพของครู และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์สอนของครู โดยภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนการเปรียบเทียบจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียนโดยภาพรวมมีการบริหารงานวิชาการแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยโรงเรียนขนาดกลางมีการบริหารงานวิชาการสูงกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก
