A STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACADEMIC AFFAIRS AND STUDENT QUALITY IN PRIMARY EDUCATION INSTITUTES UNDER OFFICE OF LUMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 2

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1)to study the guidelines for academic administration in basic education institutions Under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 2, 2) to study the quality of learners in basic education institutions Under the Office of Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 2 and 3) to study the relationship between academic administration and the quality of learners in basic education institutions Under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 2. The population used in the study is school administrators and teachers in basic schools. Under the Office of Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 2, consisting of 136 school administrators and 866 teachers, totaling 1,002 students 246 people. The research tool is Questionnaire, estimation scale, data analysis by means of mean standard deviation Pearson's correlation coefficient.

The results of the study showed that 1) Academic administration of basic education institutions Under the Office of Lampang Primary Educational Service Area 2, in general, there is a high level of practice With the most average aspects, ie development or operation regarding giving opinions, developing local curriculum content, 2) Quality of learners in basic schools Under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 2, overall quality is at a high level With the most average aspect, which is the standard 1, the quality of the learner, the desirable characteristics of the learner and 3) The relationship between academic administration and quality of learners in basic schools Under the Office of Lampang Primary Education Service Area 2, with a high level of positive relationship With statistical significance at 0.01 level.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 2) เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 136 คน และครูผู้สอนจำนวน 866 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 1,002 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 286 คน แบ่งเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจำนวน 40 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 246 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหรือการดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับการให้ความเห็นการพัฒนาสาระหลักสูตรท้องถิ่น 2) คุณภาพของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ มาตรฐานที่ 1 คุณภาพของผู้เรียนด้านคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารงานวิชาการกับคุณภาพของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 2 โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
