THE CONDITIONS OF OPERATION ACCORDING TO EDUCATION STANDARDS FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERMENT ORGANIZATION OF NAN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study and compare the role of the conditions of operation according to education standards for child development center under the local goverment organization of Nan province classified by education and working experiences. The sample used in this research were 226 teachers in child development center under the local goverment organization of Nan province using the stratified random sampling method. The instrument used to collect data was a questionaire with rating scale 5 levels and the reliability of 0.87. The statistical analysis used were percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) and check the difference of pair by using Scheffes pair. The results showed that

1. The conditions of operation according to education standards for child development center under the local goverment organization of Nan province overall was at a high level.

2. Comparing the roles of the conditions of operation according to education standards for child development center under the local goverment organization of Nan province classified by education, the overall was significantly different at .05 level.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาของ ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดน่านและ 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงาน ตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดน่าน จำแนกตาม วุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 226 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธี Stratified Random Sampling เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way Analysis of Variance: ANOVA) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

1. สภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดน่าน ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการวิเคราะห์การเปรียบเทียบความสภาพการดำเนินงานตามมาตรฐานการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดน่าน จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์ทำงาน โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
