DIGITAL LITERACY OF EXPANDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR IN LAMPANG PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study and 2) to compare the digital literacy of school administrators classified by gender, age and work experience in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 191 people by using stratified sampling method. Collected data from a sample of 188 people, representing 94.76% were administrators and teachers in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the academic year 2021. Tools used was a questionnaire with 5 rating scale questions. Statistical data analysis was Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA test (F-test One Way ANOVA).

The results of the study found that

1) Digital literacy of educational institution administrators in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the overview of digital literacy of administrators are at a highest level. When considering each aspect found that the aspect with the highest average was Communication literacy, Social literacy and Media literacy are the second. Technology literacy was at a high level, and the least was Information literacy.

2) Comparison of digital literacy among school administrators in educational opportunity expansion schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was classified by gender , age and work experience, overall, there was no statistically significant difference.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาและ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรู้ดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 191 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้ จำนวน 188 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.76 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (F-test แบบ one way ANOVA)

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

1) การรู้ดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 ในภาพรวมการรู้ดิจิทัลของผู้บริหาร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการรู้การสื่อสาร รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการรู้ทันสื่อ และด้านการรู้สังคม ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านการรู้สารสนเทศ

2) การเปรียบเทียบการรู้ดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลำปาง เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
