THE STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BUDDHIST SCRIPTURE SCHOOL GENERAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, PHAYAO PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this independent study were to study 1) the level of educational administration 2) the level of school effectiveness, and 3) the relationship between educational administration and school effectiveness of the Buddhist Scripture School General Education Department, Phayao Province. The sample group of this study consisted of 92 administrators, teachers, and staffs of the Buddhist Scripture Schools. The instrument employed for the data collection was a set of rating-scale questionnaires. The statistics in the study were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient.The results indicated that both the educational administration and the school effectiveness were rated a high level, and the overall of the relationship between educational administration and school effectiveness was at a high level with statistically significant at level .01

การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1)ระดับการบริหารศึกษาของโรงเรียน 2)ระดับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียน 3)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาจังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครู และบุคลากรโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษาจังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 92 รูป/คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)การบริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก 2)ประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนมีประสิทธิผลระดับมาก 3)ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา จังหวัดพะเยา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01
