A STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ROLES OF ADMINISTRATORS AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PRIVATE ACCORDING TO THE TEACHER'S VIEWS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE PRIVATE EDUCATION PROMOTION COMMISSION PHAYAO PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the level of management of the roles of administrators, 2) the effectiveness level and 3) the relationship between the roles of administrators and the effectiveness of private schools. According to the teacher's views Under the Office of the Private Education Commission, Phayao Province. The sample consisted of private school teachers. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับการบริหารบทบาทของผู้บริหาร 2) ระดับประสิทธิผล และ3) ระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนเอกชน ตามทรรศนะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชน ตามทรรศนะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชน จังหวัดพะเยา ทั้งหมด 21 แห่ง จำนวน 201 คน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (descriptive research) จำนวน 21 แห่ง โดยใช้สุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 3 ตอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาระดับการบริหารบทบาทของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า บทบาทของผู้บริหารทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดเท่ากัน คือ ด้านผู้ประชาสัมพันธ์ และ ด้านขจัดสิ่งก่อกวน ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือด้านสัญลักษณ์ขององค์การ 2. ผลการศึกษาระดับประสิทธิ์ผล โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ประสิทธิ์ผลทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านคุณภาพโดยทั่วไป ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการขาดงาน 3. ผลการศึกษาระดับความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบทบาทผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผล อยู่ในระดับมาก และในแต่ละด้านมีความสัมพันธ์กัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
