Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study teachers' opinions on the management skills in the 21st century of school administrators. under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 3 2) to compare the opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of school administrators classified sex, work experience and the size of the school sample including teachers. The statistics used for hypothesis testing were t-test, F-Test, and Scheffe's pairwise difference test. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ ความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาได้จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำนวน 327 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้สูตรคำนวณของทาโร่ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้การวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t-Test การทดสอบค่า F-Test เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเซฟเฟ่ (Scheffe) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ทักษะการบริหารงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อและเทคโนโลยี รองลงมา คือ ทักษะด้านภาวะผู้นำและความรับผิดชอบ และทักษะด้านชีวิตและการทำงาน ทักษะด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรมข้ามชาติ ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ทักษะด้านการริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และการเป็นตัวของตัวเอง 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ด้านประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวม มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
