DEVELOPMENT OF RISK MANAGEMENT MODEL FORSMALL HOTELS TO SUPPORT SENIOR TOURISTSIN MUEANG TAK DISTRICT, TAK PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To study the risk management of small hotels in accommodating Senior tourists in the area of Mueang Tak District, Tak Province. 2) To study the perception of risk factors for Senior tourists in using small hotels in the area of Mueang Tak District, Tak Province and 3) To develop a risk management model for small hotels in accommodating Senior tourists in the area of Mueang Tak District, Tak Province. Structured interviews and questionnaires were used as tools to collect data on Senior tourists in the area of Mueang Tak District, Tak Province, totaling 400 people. The results of the study found that most Senior tourists are female, aged between 55-65 years, with an average monthly income of more than 25,001 baht. They are primarily married and mostly come from the central region of the country. The purpose of their trip is to relax with family and relatives, using private cars for travel. The average cost of accommodation per night is 1,001-1,500 baht. Regarding the level of awareness of risk factors, the study found that overall, there is an average level of awareness of risk factors at a high level (x̅ = 4.03). Environmental health risks are the highest (x̅ = 4.33), followed by room factors (x̅ = 4.19), service factors (x̅ = 4.07), and location and building factors (x̅ = 3.51). Risk management model for small hotels in accommodating elderly tourists of Muang Tak District, Tak Province, which consists of 4 areas: Building area, Rooms, Environmental health and Services. Including: In terms of buildings, it was found that most factors were in the area of “Keep up the good Work”, the appropriate risk management method was risk reduction. In terms of accommodations, it was found that most factors were in the area of “Concentrate Here”, the appropriate risk management method was risk reduction. In terms of environmental health, it was found that every factor was in the area of “Keep up the good Work”. The appropriate risk management method was risk reduction and in terms of service, it was found that most factors were in the area of “Concentrate Here”, The appropriate risk management method was risk reduction.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพี่อศึกษาการจัดการความเสี่ยงของโรงแรมขนาดเล็กในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุ ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก 2) เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ปัจจัยความเสี่ยงของนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุในการใช้บริการโรงแรมขนาดเล็ก ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความเสี่ยงของโรงแรมขนาดเล็กในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุ ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก จำนวน 400 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า โรงแรมขนาดเล็กต้องมีการจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านห้องพัก เพื่อรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุ ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก นักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุระหว่าง 55-65 ปี มีรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนมากกว่า 25,001 บาท สถานภาพสมรส และส่วนใหญ่มาจากภาคกลางของประเทศ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวเพื่อพักผ่อนหย่อนใจกับครอบครัว และญาติพี่น้อง โดยใช้รถยนต์ส่วนตัวในการเดินทาง และมีค่าใช้จ่ายที่พักเฉลี่ยต่อคืนอยู่ที่ 1,001-1,500 บาท ระดับการรับรู้ปัจจัยความเสี่ยง พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.03) โดยด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความเสี่ยงอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̅ = 4.33) รองลงมาคือ ด้านห้องพัก มีความเสี่ยงเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.19) ด้านการบริการ มีความเสี่ยงเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 4.07) และด้านอาคารสถานที่ มีความเสี่ยงเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̅ = 3.51) ตามลำดับ รูปแบบการจัดการความเสี่ยงของโรงแรมขนาดเล็กในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุ ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองตาก จังหวัดตาก ใช้รูปแบบการลดความเสี่ยง ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านห้องพัก ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม และด้านการบริการ ได้แก่ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในส่วนของพึงพอใจในการจัดการความเสี่ยง วิธีการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่เหมาะสม คือ การลดความเสี่ยง ด้านห้องพัก พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในส่วนของต้องมีการจัดการความเสี่ยง วิธีการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่เหมาะสม คือ การลดความเสี่ยง ด้านอนามัยสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่า ทุกปัจจัยจะอยู่ในส่วนของพึงพอใจในการจัดการความเสี่ยง วิธีการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่เหมาะสม คือ การลดความเสี่ยง และด้านการบริการ พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในส่วนของต้องมีการจัดการความเสี่ยง วิธีการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่เหมาะสม คือ การลดความเสี่ยง
