The utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4

Abstract

The purpose of this descriptive research was 1) to study the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 and 2) to compare the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school under Chiang Rai primary educational service area office 4 on the opinions of school personnel by using status and work experience. The sampling group this study consisted of 302 people, including school administrators and teachers, under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 for the academic year 2024. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan's formula and a multi-stage sampling method. The research tool were 5 scale questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent t-test, and One Way ANOVA. If a statistically significant difference is found, the pairwise comparison of mean differences will be tested using Scheffé's method.

The results of the study were as follow:

1) The result of studying the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school found that in over all were at high level. When considering aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the aspect of development of educational institution management quality and the aspect of development of learning management quality, while the aspect with the lowest average value was the aspect of learning outcomes.

2) The result of comparing the utilization of External Quality Assurance results in basic education school categorized by status and work experience found that personnel in educational institutions with different statuses and work experiences had no different opinions on the use of external quality assurance results in basic education institutions at the .05 level of significance.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการนำผลการประกันคุณภาพภายนอกไปใช้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการนำผลการประกันคุณภาพภายนอกไปใช้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 ตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามสถานภาพและประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรในสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 302 คน โดยได้จากการกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่และมอร์แกน และทำการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมีลักษณะเป็นมาตรประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน คือ ค่าทีโดยทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยของประชากร 2 กลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน และค่าเอฟโดยทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว หากพบความแตกต่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติจะทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) การนำผลการประกันคุณภาพภายนอกไปใช้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาและการพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ผลลัพธ์ของการเรียนรู้

2) การเปรียบเทียบการนำผลการประกันคุณภาพภายนอกไปใช้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามสถานภาพ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาที่มีสถานภาพและประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการนำผลการประกันคุณภาพภายนอกไปใช้ในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
