Academic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Active Learning of Teacher Under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in Mae Fah Luang District

Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the academic leadership of school administrators under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 in Mae Fa Luang District, (2) explore the active learning management of teachers in schools within the same area, and (3) investigate the impact of school administrators' academic leadership on teachers' active learning management. The sample group consisted of 234 teachers, with the sample size determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table. A multi-stage sampling method was employed, categorizing participants based on educational network groups in the area, including the Doi Tung Development Project Educational Network, Thoed Thai Educational Network, Mae Salong Ka Kao Educational Network, and Doi Mae Salong Educational Network. Subsequently, simple random sampling was conducted in proportion to the population size of each school. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis by using StepwiseThe findings revealed that the overall academic leadership of school administrators was at a high level, with the highest mean score in the aspect of teacher and personnel quality development. The aspect with the least mean was setting a clear vision, mission, and goals 2) the active learning of teacher was at a high level, with the highest mean score in the aspect of hands-on learning activities. การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ในอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง (2) ศึกษาการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาในเขตพื้นที่เดียวกัน และ (3) ศึกษาของภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนจำนวน 234 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยแบ่งตามกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาในพื้นที่ ได้แก่ กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาดอยตุง กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาเทอดไทย กลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาแม่สลองกาว และกลุ่มเครือข่ายพัฒนาการศึกษาดอยแม่สลอง จากนั้นจึงสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามสัดส่วนของประชากรในแต่ละโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้สำหรับวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติการถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwiseผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การพัฒนาคุณภาพครูและบุคลากร ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจและเป้าหมาย 2) การจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นการลงมือปฏิบัติ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ การจัดการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงรายเขต 3 ในอำเภอแม่ฟ้าหลวง มี 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ พันธกิจและเป้าหมาย การพัฒนาคุณภาพครูและบุคลากร และ การนิเทศการศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ = 2.563 + 0.114(X1) + 0.119(X4) + 0.132(X5)สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน = 0.183(X1) + 0.189(X4) + 0.214(X5)
