THE NEEDS FOR INNOVATION ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITY EXPANSION SCHOOLS IN MAE AI DISTRICT UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHIANG MAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) study the needs assessment for innovative organization development in educational opportunity expansion schools in Mae Ai District under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 2) investigate recommendations for innovative organization development in these schools. The research sample consisted of school administrators and teachers under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, determined by Krejcie and Morgan's table (1970) using stratified sampling. The participants included 13 school administrators and 178 teachers, totaling 191 respondents. The research employed a mixed-methods approach using both questionnaires (quantitative research) and interviews (qualitative research). Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and modified priority needs index (PNImodified). The findings revealed that: 1) The needs for innovative organization development in educational opportunity expansion schools in Mae Ai District, ranked from highest to third highest priority, were: organizational culture and atmosphere creation, organizational structure, and innovative leadership, respectively. 2) Eight recommendations were proposed for innovative organization development in these educational opportunity expansion schools in Mae Ai District under Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นขององค์กรนวัตกรรมในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอแม่อาย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 2) เพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาองค์กรนวัตกรรมในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา อำเภอแม่อาย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 โดยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970 โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 13 คน และครู จำนวน 178 คน รวม 191 คน คน โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินการศึกษาแบบผสม (Mixed methods) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม (Quantitative Research) และแบบสัมภาษณ์ (Qualitative Research) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Diviation) และความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodified) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความต้องการขององค์กรนวัตกรรมในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาอำเภอแม่อาย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ในภาพรวมเรียงลำดับจากความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรกประกอบด้วย ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศวัฒนธรรมองค์กร รองลงมา ด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร และด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม ตามลำดับ 2) ข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาองค์กรนวัตกรรมในโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาอำเภอแม่อาย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 มีทั้งหมด 8 ข้อเสนอแนะ
