The Guidelines of Personnel Management by Using Digital Technology of the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the current and desired and needs conditions of the personnel management by using digital technology of the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 2) to study the guidelines of personnel management by using digital technology of the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample group were school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel. A total of 310 people was randomly selected by the tables of Krejcie and Morgan (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) at a confidence level of 95%. The data collecting instrument was questionnaire to Likert ratio 5 scale and suitability and feasibility assessment. The statistic included frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and (PNImodified ).

The research results showed that.

1. The current conditions and desired conditions of personnel management using digital technology of schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. Overall, it is at the highest level. The priority needs were recruitment and appointment.

2. the guidelines of personnel management by using digital technology of the schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 has 6 guidelines.

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ และความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานบุคคลโดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 2. เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานบุคคลโดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้สุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% โดยใช้ตารางของ เครจซี่และมอร์แกน (Krejcie and Morgan, 1970) โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครู และบุคลากรทางการศึกษา รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 310 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจําเป็น (PNImodified ).

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของการบริหารงานบุคคลโดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการสรรหาและบรรจุแต่งตั้ง

2. แนวทางการบริหารงานบุคคลโดยการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลของโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 4 มี 6 แนวทาง
