ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION AFFECTING LEARNER SKILLS IN THE 21ST CENTURY OF THESCHOOL TO EXPAND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES UNDER THE JURISDICTIONOF NAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE, REGION 1

Abstract

The objective of this research are 1) Study the level of academic management in educational opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2) Study the level of 21st century learner skills in educational opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 3) Study the academic management that affects 21st century learner skills in educational opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group used in this research included 244 administrators and teachers from expanded educational opportunity schools under the Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, using simple random sampling. The research instruments were a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The index of consistency (IOC) between 0.67 and 1.00. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire on opinions about academic administration was 0.965, and the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire on opinions about 21st century learner skills was 0.983. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the study found that 1) The overall and all aspects of the academic administration level of special education schools are at a high level. 2) The overall and all aspects of the 21st century learner skills of special education schools are at a high level. 3) The relationship between academic administration and 21st-century learner skills in special education schools is positive and statistically significant at the .01 level. 4) Three factors that can predict academic management in educational opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 are: Development of educational media, innovation, and technology (x5), Curriculum development (x1), Development of learning resources (x8). hese factors were statistically significant at .01 and can predict 40.26% of the effectiveness of 21st century learner skills in educational opportunity expansion schools under the jurisdiction of Nan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The following are the prediction equations: Raw score equation: Y^ = 0.696 + 0.326(x5) + 0.221(x1) + 0.248(X8) Standard score equation: Z^y= 0.353(x5) + 0.233(x1) + 0.265(X8)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต1 2) ศึกษาระดับทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 3) ศึกษาการบริหารงานวิชาการที่ส่งผลต่อทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 จำนวน 244 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานวิชาการ เท่ากับ 0.965 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับทักษะของผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 เท่ากับ 0.983 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบ Stepwise ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) การบริหารงานวิชาการกับทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 4) ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์ การบริหารงานวิชาการ ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา มี 3 ด้าน คือ การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (x5), การพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา(x1), ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ (x8) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .01 และสามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิภาพทักษะผู้เรียนในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 ได้ร้อยละ 40.26 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ต่อไปนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y^ = 0.696 + 0.326(x5) + 0.221(x1) + 0.248(X8) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z^y= 0.353(x5) + 0.233(x1) + 0.265(X8)
