THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS LEARNING MANAGEMENT BASED ON STEAM EDUCATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) compare the creativity and innovation of high school students who learned by using learning management based on STEAM education with 75 percent criteria, and 2) study the attitude of high school students towards learning management based on STEAM education. The sample group in this research was 15 students in grade 11th at Mueang Phrae School in the second semester of 2022 academic year which were obtained by purposive sampling. The instruments for collecting data were: 1) four learning management plans according to the STEAM Education approach in the topic of acid base, 2) creativity and innovation test of high school students and 3) attitude toward learning management based on STEAM Education of high school students. The collected data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation and nonparametric statistics by using one-sample Wilcoxon signed rank test. The research results were found as follows: 1) the creativity and innovation of high school students who learned by using STEAM education approach was significantly higher than the 75 percent criterion at the 0.05 level of statistical significance and 2) the attitude towards learning management based on STEAM Education of high school students by using was positive at high level.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอนตามแนวคิดสะตีมศึกษากับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดสะตีมศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ใช้คำว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนเมืองแพร่ อำเภอเมืองแพร่ จังหวัดแพร่ ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 15 คน ที่ได้มาจากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive selection) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แผนการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดสะตีมศึกษา เรื่องกรด-เบส จำนวน 4 แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 15 ชั่วโมง 2) แบบวัดความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และ 3) แบบวัดเจตคติต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดสะตีมศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิตินอนพาราเมตริก (Nonparametric Statistics) ใช้วิธีทดสอบแบบ One-Sample Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรมของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดสะตีมศึกษาสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 2) เจตคติต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดสะตีมศึกษาของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายโดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดสะตีมศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก
