The Participation of parents in the experience to promote the development of students in schools under the local government organization Chiang Rai province.

Abstract

This study has a purpose to study the participation of parents in experience to promote the development of students and to study parents’ involvement in the experience. Population used in this study include 4,556 early childhood parents by sample A total of 357 randomly selected sample sizes were used Krejcie and Morgan analyze data by content analysis.The results of this research were as follow 1) Parental Involvement in the Development of Student Experience Schools local administration Chiangrai province when considering each aspect, it was found that participation in the promotion of mental development were the highest levels the second participation in emotional development and the third participation in the promotion of social development.The promotion of intellectual development were the lowest. 2) Suggestions for parental involvement in organizing experiences to promote student development, parents should participate in encouraging assertive children. Know the wait. Provide children with tolerance to problems. Gracious generosity. Give the discipline. the children know the reverence and should be involved in encouraging children to concentrate on activities and the intended work. Should take care of the children as well.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของนักเรียน และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 4,556 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 357 คน จากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานละ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของนักเรียน โรงเรียนสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น พบว่า ภาพรวม มีส่วนร่วมระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านจิตใจ มีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านอารมณ์ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านสังคม ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการด้านสติปัญญา มีส่วนร่วมต่ำสุด 2) ข้อเสนอแนะการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดประสบการณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของนักเรียน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองควรมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมให้เด็กได้ออกกำลังกายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ มีความกล้าแสดงออก รู้จักการรอคอย มีน้ำใจต่อผู้อื่น มีความอดทนต่อปัญหา มีระเบียบวินัย ควรมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมให้ได้เด็กมีสมาธิและตั้งใจในการทำกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ และผู้ปกครองควรดูแลเอาใจใส่เด็กอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
