A Relationship between School Administration and Teacher Professional Standards of School in Ing-Khong Multi-campus Group under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) The school administration of school in Ing-Khong Multi-campus Group under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36, 2) the teacher professional standards of school in Ing-Khong Multi-campus Group under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36 and 3) the relationship between school administration and teacher professional standards of school in Ing-Khong Multi-campus Group under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36.

The sample used in this study includes 201 school administrators and teachers of school in Ing-Khong Multi-campus Group under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36. This research used the questionnaire which is performed to choose 5 kinds of measurement such as percentage, average, standard deviation and correlation coefficient of Pearson.

The results showed that 1) the school admiration and 2) the teacher professional standards effectiveness are the highest level in overall and individual and 3) the relationship between school administration and teacher professional standards of school in Ing-Khong Multi-campus Group under Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 36 found that the positive correlation were low level as statistically significant at the .01.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา โรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตอิงโขง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 2) สภาพมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูโรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตอิงโขง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารสถานศึกษากับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู โรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตอิงโขง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน โรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตอิงโขง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 จำนวน 201 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราวัดประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) มาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารสถานศึกษากับมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู โรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตอิงโขง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา มัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันในทางบวก ระดับต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01.
