THE RELATIONSHIP ADMINISTRATION BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITIESIN THE SECONDARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE PHAYAO PHUKAMTAOCONSORTIUM

Abstract

The purpose of this research was (1) to study the relationship administration between schools and communities in the secondary education service area office Phayao Phukamyao consortium and (2) to compare the relationship administration between schools and communities in the secondary education service area office Phayao Phukamyao consortium, according to personal opinions classified by sex, work experience and school size. The 214 teachers in educational institutions in Phayao Phukamyao consortium as the samples of this study were determined by Yamane’s formula. The instrument was a 5-point estimation scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and One Way ANOVA (F-test). The results of the research showed that 1) the overall relationship administration between schools and communities in the secondary education service area office Phayao Phukamyao consortium of 5 aspects were at a highest level, 2)a comparison of the relationship administration between schools and communities in the secondary education service area office Phayao Phukamyao consortium, according to personal opinions classified by sex and work experience were not different with the statistically significance at 0.05, and 3) the personal opinions classified by school size towards the relationship administration between schools and communities in the secondary education service area office Phayao Phukamyao consortium were different with the statistically significance at 0.05.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา จำแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาของสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา จำนวน 214 คน โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติใน การวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way Anova) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สหวิทยาเขต ภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา พะเยา จำแนกตามเพศประสบการณ์ การทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 3) ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน สหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
