The role of school administrators in promotion of educational technology utility in the institutes of basic education under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research for studying level and compare The role of school administrators in promotion of educational technology utility in the institutes of basic education under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Classified by position' status, gender and age at work of the population that want to studies in two areas were learning and teaching, measurement and evaluation of learning. The population used in this research are the school administrators of the institutes of basic education under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 totally 103 persons. The method used for collected data was a questionnaire with a rating scale. The statistics used for data analysis were Percentage, mean (µ), standard deviation (σ), t-test and F-test. The researches found that 1) The role of school administrators in promotion of educational technology in promotion of educational technology utility in the institutes of basic education under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, the overall was at a high level. When considering each side, it was found that every sides were at the high level. 2) Comparing the role of school administrators in promotion of educational technology in promotion of educational technology utility in the institutes of basic education under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, Classified by position' status, gender and age at work the overall and each sides were not different.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เพศ และอายุงานในการดำรงตำแหน่งของกลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษาในสองด้านคือด้านการเรียนการสอน และด้านการวัดผลและการประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 จำนวน 103 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม(Questionnaires) จำนวน 3 ตอน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ, ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ), ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ), ค่า t-test และ ค่า F-test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 โดยรวมบทบาทอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 จำแนกตามสถานภาพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เพศ และอายุงานในการดำรงตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
