THE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF SCHOOL IN DOK KHAMTAI DISTRICT,PHAYAO PROVINCE, UNDER PHAYAO PRIMARYEDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) the Social Responsibility of School in Dok Khamtai District, Phayao Province, under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 1, and 2) to compare options towards study the Social Responsibility of School in Dok Khamtai District, Phayao Province, under Phayao Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The classified by School Size, Educational Stage, and Work Experience with a sample of research by 125 cases with Taro Yamane. The data was collected by using the questionnaire and divided into 5 levels of evaluation with an Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) value of 1.00 and reliability was 0.75 levels. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard division (S.D.), and analysis for comparison using value testing of T-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Scheffe's Method. The research results revealed that: 1) the Social Responsibility of School in Dok Khamtai District, Phayao Province was overall at a high level. To consider each aspect ordered from the highest to the least, Law Responsibility, Public Responsibility, Ethic Responsibility, and Economic Responsibility. 2) the comparison result of the Social Responsibility of School in Dok Khamtai District, Phayao Province by School Size, Educational Stage, and Work Experience was overall no different. To consider each aspect ordered that the Social Responsibility of School in Dok Khamtai District, Phayao Province was different by statistical significance at .05 level; Public Responsibility. The aspect of Economic Responsibility and Ethic Responsibility was not statistically significant.

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนในอำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนในอำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและ ครูในอำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา จำนวน 127 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างจากกลุ่มประชากรที่ต้องการศึกษา โดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณตามวิธีการของยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 1.00 ทุกข้อคำถาม และค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.721 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง ใช้วิธีทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนในอำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา อยู่ในระดับมาก การพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบด้านกฎหมาย รองลงมาคือ ความรับผิดชอบด้านสาธารณประโยชน์ และอันดับที่สาม คือ ด้านความรับผิดชอบด้านจริยธรรม และด้านความรับผิดชอบด้านเศรษฐกิจ ตามลำดับ 2) การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูในอำเภอดอกคำใต้ที่มีต่อความรับผิดชอบของโรงเรียนในอำเภอดอกคำใต้ จังหวัดพะเยา โดยจำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียนไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษาไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า มีระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครูในอำเภอดอกคำใต้ที่มีต่อ ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ ความรับผิดชอบ ด้านสาธารณประโยชน์ ส่วนความรับผิดชอบด้านกฎหมาย ความรับผิดชอบด้านเศรษฐกิจ ความรับผิดชอบ ด้านจริยธรรม ไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน
