INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING EFFECTIVENESSOF SCHOOLS IN PHUKAMYAO CONSORTIUM UNDER THE OFFICE OFTHE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE PHAYAO

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to study 1) the level of innovative leadership of school administrators in Phukamyao consortium under the office of the secondary educational service area office Phayao, 2) the level of effectiveness of schools, 3) the relationship between Innovative leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools, 4) innovative leadership of school administrators affecting effectiveness of schools. The samples are 210 teachers. Determined sample size by using Krejcie and Morgan Table. Did the multi-stages sampling. The research instruments used was five-rating scale questionaries. The statistical tools used for data analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson’s Product-moment correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression analysis.

The results of this research were 1) Innovative leadership of school administrators in Phukamyao consortium under the office of the secondary educational service area office Phayao was overall and every individual aspect at high level, ranking by means scores from high to low: teamwork, transformative leadership, visionary innovation, creating and innovative organization atmosphere, creativity. 2) Effectiveness of schools in Phukamyao consortium under the office of the Secondary educational service area office Phayao was overall and every individual aspect at high level, ranking by means scores from high to low: learning organization, efficient resource management, school modification and development capability, job satisfaction of teachers, and academic student performance. 3) The relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of schools in Phukamyao consortium under the office of the secondary educational service area office Phayao was overall and every individual aspect at a moderate positive correlation with the .05 level of statistical significance. 4) Innovative leadership of school administrators affecting effectiveness of schools in Phukamyao consortium under the office of the secondary educational service area office Phayao was creating and innovative organization atmosphere with the .05 level of statistical significance and could predict the effectiveness of school at 49.60 percent. The predictive equation could be written in the form of standardized scores as Y = 1.864+.292(X4) The predictive equation could be written in the form of standardized scores as Z = .377(ZX4)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา 4) เพื่อศึกษา ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน จำนวน 210 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเป็นมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ

จากผลวิจัย พบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้าน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ด้านการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ด้านวิสัยทัศน์นวัตกรรม ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งองค์การนวัตกรรม และด้านการคิดสร้างสรรค์ 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ ด้านการจัดสรรทรัพยากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ด้านความสามารถในการปรับเปลี่ยนและพัฒนาสถานศึกษา ด้านความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของครู และด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของผู้เรียน 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลาง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขต ภูกามยาว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพะเยา คือ ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งองค์การนวัตกรรม สามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิของสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีอำนาจพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 49.60 เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = 1.864+.292(X4) และสมการในรูปแบบมาตรฐาน Z = .377(ZX4)
