A STUDY OF TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS INMAE NA WANG SUBDISTRICT EDUCATIONAL QUALITY DEVELOPMENTCENTER UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHIANG MAI PRIMARYEDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to study the technological leadership of school administrators in Mae Na Wang Subdistrict Education Quality Development Center under Chiang Mai Elementary School District 3 and 2) to compare the technological leadership of school administrators in Mae Na Wang Subdistrict Education Quality Development Center group. Under the office of Chiang Mai Elementary School District 3 classified by educational background and work experience. The samples used in this research were school education personnel in the Mae Na Wang Educational Quality Development Center group. Under the office of Chiang Mai Elementary School District 3, there are 103 students. It has a confidence of 0.873. Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation The statistics used were T-test , F-test or One Way ANOVA test when differences were found and compared in pairs with LS.D (Least Significant Difference) 1) Technology leadership level of school administrators Overall and individually, it is very level. 2) Comparison of technological leadership of school administrators By qualification level, the overall picture is no different. On a case-by-case basis, there was one statistically significant difference at .05, namely ethics in the use of technology and classified by work experience. Overall, there was a statistically significant difference of .05 when considering each aspect.

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในกลุ่ม ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาตำบลแม่นาวาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยี ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนในกลุ่มศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาตำบล แม่นาวาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนในกลุ่ม ศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาตำบลแม่นาวาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.873 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ การทดสอบ t-test การทดสอบ F-test หรือ One Way ANOVA เมื่อพบความแตกต่างกันทำการเปรียบเทียบ เป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LS.D (Least Significant Difference) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำแนกตามระดับวุฒิการศึกษา ภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน ภาพรวมมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน จำนวน 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านจริยธรรมในการใช้เทคโนโลยี
