A STUDY OF ADMINISTRATION SKILL 21ST CENTURY OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORSIN WIANG CHIANG RUNG DISTRICT UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHIANG RAI PRIMARYEDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study teachers' opinions on the management skills in the 21st century of school administrators in Wiang Chiang Rung District. under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 2) to compare the opinions of teachers towards the management skills in the 21st century of school administrators in Wiang Chiang Rung District. under the jurisdiction of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 classified by sex, work experience and the size of the school sample including teachers in Wiang Chiang Rung District The samples were 113 students under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample group was determined by using Krajsey and Morgan's ready-made table. The size of the population was compared using a stratified random sampling method. And used to determine the proportion according to the size of the population in each school. The sample group was randomly selected by simple random sampling (Random sampling) by drawing lottery. The research tool was a 5-level estimator questionnaire. The entire edition 0.92. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, standard deviation. T test F value test One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was found when significant differences were found by comparing pairwise differences by pairwise tests using LS.D. (Least Significant Difference) method. The research findings were as follows: 1) The results of the study of administrative skills in the 21st century of school administrators. in Wiang Chiang Rung District Under the office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1, the overall level was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was leadership skills. and responsibility, followed by information, media and technology skills, and life and work skills, respectively. The lowest average was creativity skills. 2) Comparative results of management skills in the 21st century of school administrators classified by gender, work experience. and school size, it was found that both the overall and each aspect were different at the statistical significance level of .05.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารงาน ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเวียงเชียงรุ้ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อทักษะการบริหารงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในเขตอำเภอเวียงเชียงรุ้ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 จำแนกตาม เพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ครูผู้สอน ในเขตอำเภอเวียงเชียงรุ้ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 จำนวน 113 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เทียบขนาดของประชากรโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น และนำมากำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละสถานศึกษา และทำการสุ่มเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่ม อย่างง่าย (Random sampling ) แบบจับสลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์หาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ 0.92 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญโดยการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยทำการทดสอบรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LS.D. (Least Significant Difference) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาทักษะการบริหารงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอเวียงเชียงรุ้ง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ทักษะด้านภาวะผู้นำ และความรับผิดชอบ รองลงมา คือ ทักษะด้านสารสนเทศ สื่อ และเทคโนโลยี และทักษะด้านชีวิต และการทำงาน ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ทักษะด้านการริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และการเป็นตัวของตัวเอง 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะการบริหารงานในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ทั้งภาพรวม และรายด้าน มีความแตกต่างกันมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
