THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE ORGANIZATIONAL HEALTH AND TEAMWORK IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER THE OFFICE OF INFORMAL EDUCATION CHIANG RAI

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the organizational health of educational institutions under the Office of the Promotion of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education. 2) To study the teamwork of educational institutions under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education. 3) To study the relationship between organizational health and teamwork of educational institutions under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province. The sample used in the study was teachers under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province 214 people. The research tool were questionnaires, estimation scales, data analysis by means of averaging. standard deviation Pearson correlation coefficient The results of the study showed that 1) The organizational health of educational institutions under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education; Overall, it was at a high level. The dimension with the highest average value was the power and influence dimension of school administrators. 2) The teachers' motivation in educational institutions under the Office of Informal Education; Overall, it was at a high level. The side with the highest average was the same goal. 3) The relationship between organizational health and teamwork of educational institutions under the Office of Non-Formal Education and Informal Education, Chiang Rai Province, with a high level of positive relationship with statistically significant at the .01 level.

การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย 2) เพื่อศึกษาการทำงานเป็นทีมของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพองค์การและการทำงานเป็นทีมของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ คณะครูสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 214 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สุขภาพองค์การของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมิติที่ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ มิติอำนาจอิทธิพลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) การทำงานเป็นทีมของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษา ตามอัธยาศัย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่ค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการมีเป้าหมายเดียวกัน 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสุขภาพองค์การและการทำงานเป็นทีมของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานส่งเสริมการศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัยจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีค่าความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในเกณฑ์ระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
