DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP THE DIGITAL AGEOF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER CHIANGRAI PRIMARYEDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study academic leadership in the digital age of school administrators and 2) to study guidelines for developing academic leadership in the digital age of school administrators Under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample used in this research were 291 people from school administrators and teachers Under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and interview 5 expert people. The tools used were a 5-point scaled questionnaire with a concordance index of 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.98 and a semi-structured interview. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and content analysis from interviews The results showed that 1) Academic Leadership in the Digital Age of School Administrators under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, as a whole, it was found that academic leadership in the digital age of school administrators under the Office of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 1 was at a high level overall. The aspect with the highest average was the aspect of curriculum use and evaluation. The aspect with the second average was the promotion of professional development and honor. and the enhancement of learners' potential, respectively. The aspect with the lowest average is the development and creation of academic standards 2) Guidelines for development Academic Leadership in the Digital Age of School Administrators under the jurisdiction of Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The emphasizes that administrators should develop academic leadership for themselves. Develop yourself and your team to be able to use technology that will be used as a tool for management or learning management. Understand the purpose of education management that focuses on developing quality learners. The information necessary for educational institution management is systematically stored and can be used in a timely manner. In addition, applications that exist today should be adapted to be up-to-date and suitable for changing conditions.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เชียงราย เขต 1 จำนวน 291 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการสัมภาษณ์จำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ที่ 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.98 และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ใน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาจากการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 ในภาพรวมพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการใช้และประเมินหลักสูตร ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยรองลงมา คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมการพัฒนาวิชาชีพและการยกย่องชูเกียรติ และด้านการส่งเสริมศักยภาพของ ผู้เรียน ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือด้านการพัฒนาและสร้างมาตรฐานวิชาการ 2) แนวทางในการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการในยุคดิจิทัลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 1 มีจุดเน้นในการที่ผู้บริหารควรควรมีการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการให้เกิดขึ้นกับตนเอง พัฒนาตนและทีมงาน ให้สามารถใช้เทคโนโลยีที่จะนำมาเป็นเครื่องมือในการบริหารจัดการหรือการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีความเข้าใจในจุดมุ่งหมายของการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้มีคุณภาพ มีการจัดเก็บข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษาให้เป็นระบบและสามารถนำมาใช้ได้อย่างทันท่วงที อีกทั้งควรประยุกต์ใช้ Application ที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน มาปรับใช้ให้ทันสมัยและเหมาะสมกับสภาพการเปลี่ยนแปลง
