A STUDY OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIONIN MAE CHAN DISTRICT UNDER THE OFFICE OF CHIANGRAI PRIMARYEDUCATION SERVICE AREA 3

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to 1) were to study community participation in educational institute administration based on opinions of educational personnel in Mae Chan District. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The analysis result was a concordance index of 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.97 in the whole version. The statistics used in the data analysis were: mean, standard deviation Use statistics to find the value of the (t-test) and F test (F-test), one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) if the difference is found. statistically significant The difference of mean pairs is analyzed using the Sheffe's method. The results of the research were as follows: 1) community participation in educational institute administration based on opinions of educational personnel in Mae Chan District. Chiang Rai Province Under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3, the overall level was at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was general administration, followed by budget management. and personnel management The aspect with the lowest mean was academic administration. 2) Comparison of community participation in educational management of primary schools in Mae Ai District, Chiang Rai Province. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตอำเภอแม่จัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตอำเภอแม่จัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในเขตอำเภอแม่จัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำนวน 214 คน โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูป ของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Sampling) และสุ่มเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย แบบจับสลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (RatingScale) ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ที่ 1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การเปรียบเทียบ (t-test) และหาค่า (F-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญโดยการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe’s) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการบริหารสถานศึกษาตาม ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตอำเภอแม่จัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป รองลงมาคือ ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ และด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ 2) การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ในการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตอำเภอแม่จัน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน และขนาดของสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
