ADMINSTRAOR ROLES ON TEACHER DEVELOPMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL IN MAE SAI DISTRICT UNDER CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3.

Abstract

The purposes of this independent study were to study Administrator roles on teacher development for performance standards in Mae Sai District under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3. And to study recommendations development for performance standards in Mae Sai District under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3. Sampling group were 210 person including teachers in Mae Sai District under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3 Research tools consisted of questionnaire.There were research was further statistical data analysis.Using the percentage, mean and standard deviation. Research finding found that 1. The role of teachers according to performance standards of school administrators. The overall 12 standards in every aspects. Considering it was found that the side with the highest average is the commitment of the students to their full potential. and with an average minimum. The section had the lowest average. Is the pursuit and use the information to develop. 2 The recommendations developed by the teacher performance standards. Teachers should be encouraged to attend seminars on the teaching profession, as appropriate. This needs a voluntary supervisory monitoring and evaluation of the training. การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทการพัฒนาครูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มโรงเรียนอำเภอแม่สาย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาครูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มโรงเรียนอำเภอแม่สาย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนอำเภอแม่สาย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงรายเขต 3 จำนวน 210 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. บทบาทการพัฒนาครูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 12 ด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เต็มตามศักยภาพ ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือด้านการแสวงหาและใช้ข้อมูลข่าวสารในการพัฒนา 2.ข้อเสนอแนะการพัฒนาครูตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน ควรส่งเสริมให้ครูเข้าร่วมประชุม อบรม สัมมนาทางวิชาชีพครูตามความเหมาะสม ตรงความต้องการอย่างสมัครใจ การนิเทศ ประเมินผล กำกับติดตามหลังอบรม ควรเห็นความสำคัญในการพัฒนาตนเองในด้านการพัฒนาวิชาชีพครู หลังการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้คำแนะนำ ผลสะท้อนกลับในการใช้แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของครู สนับสนุนครูให้เปิดโลกทัศน์แก่ผู้เรียนให้ผู้เรียนได้ศึกษาความรู้จากแหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในชุมชน
