DEVELOPMENT OF A CHINESE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT MODEL ON THE HIGH MOUNTAIN AREA OF CHIANG RAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The main purposes of this study was to develop the Chinese school management model on the high mountain area of Chiang Rai Province. The research procedure consisted of 4 phases: 1) to study the current status of the Chinese-Thai community on the high mountain area of Chiang Rai Province; 2) to study of the current status and problems of the Chinese school; 3) to develop of the Chinese school; and 4) to evaluate the Chinese school management model on the high mountain area of Chiang Rai Province. The research findings revealed that 1) regarding the study of the current status of the Chinese-Thai community on the high mountain area of Chiang Rai Province, it was found that the villagers make a living using traditional wisdom that has been passed down from generation to generation. They had a way of life that depends on each other. And they did not have modern technology to apply in their lives. 2) Chinese schools had encountered obstacles that need to be adjusted and developed in many areas, including personnel, curriculum, buildings and locations, etc. 3) The management model of the Chinese school on the high mountain area of Chiang Rai Province based on PDCA × 4M's management principles. 4) The management regarding the evaluation results of the Chinese school management model on the high mountain area of Chiang Rai Province, it was found that the evaluation results of the “highest” level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัดเชียงราย วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขั้นตอนคือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของชุมชนคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัด เชียงราย ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาของโรงเรียนจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัดเชียงรายตามองค์ประกอบของการบริหารสถานศึกษา ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัดเชียงราย และขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัด เชียงราย ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ ดังนี้ 1) สภาพทั่วไปของชุมชนคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า ชาวบ้านประกอบอาชีพแบบใช้ภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมที่สืบทอดกันมา พึ่งพาแรงงานตนเองเป็นหลัก ชุมชนเป็นชุมชนแบบเครือญาติ มีวิถีชีวิตแบบพึ่งพาอาศัยซึ่งกันและกัน โดยไม่ได้รับเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต 2) โรงเรียนจีนในปัจจุบันพบอุปสรรคที่จำเป็นต้องปรับแก้ไขและพัฒนาในหลายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านหลักสูตร ด้านอาคารและสถานที่ ด้านอุปกรณ์และสื่อในการเรียน และด้านงบประมาณ 3) รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัดเชียงรายมีองค์ประกอบ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร หลักสูตร อาคารและสถานที่ อุปกรณ์และสื่อในการเรียน และด้านงบประมาณ โดยดำเนินกิจกรรมบริหารตามหลัก PDCA × 4M’s 4) การประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนจีนในพื้นที่บนดอยสูงในจังหวัดเชียงราย กลุ่มผู้ประเมินมีความเห็นต่อรูปแบบในด้านความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปปฏิบัติทั้ง 5 ด้าน และโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
