THE AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE TEACHERS’ PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF THE SCHOOLS IN CHIANG RAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3 MAE FAH LUANG DISTRICT CHIANG RAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study 1) the authentic leadership of school administrators 2) teachers’ performance of the Schools 3) the relationship between the authentic leadership of school administrator and teachers’ performance and 4) to creat the equation for predicting the authentic leadership of school administrators affecting the teachers' performance according to professional standards The 217 samples were selected by using finished table of Krejcie. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaires with questions’ IOC index of 0.67–1.00 and reliability index of 0.93. The statistic of data analysis consists of frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's coefficient analysis and the analysis step by step of multiple regression to design the predicted equation. The results of research finds that 1) the authentic leadership of school administrators in Chiang that the overall aspects was at the high level 2) The teachers’ performance of the schools in that the overall aspects was at the high level 3) the relationship between the authentic leadership of school administrator and teachers’ performance that the overall aspects was high positive correlation and statistically significant at 0.01 level. and 4) 2 aspects of school administrators’ authentic leadership are able to predict the teachers’ performance are Internalized moral perspective and Balanced processing statistically significant at .01 level. This is able to predict the success at 50.6%. The predict equations are as follow: The Unstandardized Score form (equation) is = 1.734+0.306(X3)+0.286(X4) and the Standard Score form (equation) is = 0.379(Z3)+0.358(Z4)

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ผลการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของครูในสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับผลการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของครู และ 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 217 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่า IOC ของข้อคำถามอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.963 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของครูในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับผลการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพของครู โดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันสูงในทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ภาวะผู้นำที่แท้จริงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่สามารถพยากรณ์ผลการปฏิบัติงานของครูตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพมี 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านมุมมองเชิงจริยธรรมภายในตนและด้านการประมวลผลที่สมดุล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 สามารถพยากรณ์ ได้ร้อยละ 50.6 ซึ่งมีสมการณ์พยากรณ์ในรูป คะแนนดิบดังนี้ Y' = 1.734+0.306(X3)+0.286(X4) และสมการณ์พยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Z' = 0.379(Z3)+0.358(Z4)
