The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and effectiveness in the academic administration by perception ofteachers in Chiangmai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the academic leadership of school administrators according to the perception of the teachers under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3; 2) to study the effectiveness of academic administration of educational institutions according to the perceptions of teachers under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 and 3) to study the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness in academic administration of educational institutions, according to the perceptions of teachers under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The 260 samples were selected by using a completed table (programmed table) of Krejcie and Morgan, to find the Stratified Random Sampling and the proportion of the samples. The tools used in this research were 5 levels of questionnaires. The statistics of data analysis consists of frequency distribution, percentage, average (mean), standard deviation and Pearson's “Coefficient Analysis”.

The results of the research find that 1) the level of academic leadership of school administrators under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, is at a good level, 2) Overall, the levels of effectiveness in academic administration of educational institutions, according to the perceptions of teachers, under the Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, are satisfactory, and 3) The positive relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and the effectiveness in the academic administration, through perceptions of teachers in Chiang Mai Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, is at .01

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 2) ประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาอำเภอฝาง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 จำนวน 260 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น กำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของประชากรในแต่ละศูนย์และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 โดยรวมรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 โดยรวมรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 ทุกด้านมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับประสิทธิผลในการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงใหม่ เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
