THE INFORMATIVE SYSTEM MANAGEMENT FOR EDUCATIONALQUALITY ASSURANCE IN THAI BORDER SCHOOL GROUPSUNDER SECONDARY EDUCATIONALSERVICE AREA OFFICE 36

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the organization of an informative system management for educational quality assurance in Thai border school groups under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36, and 2) compare the organization of an informative system management for educational quality assurance in Thai border school groups under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36, classified by position and size of educational institutions. The sample participants were from 8 schools consisted of 212 administrators and teachers in Thai border school groups under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36 in academic year of 2020. The researcher used purposive sampling (to analyze the administrators) to 8 people and used stratified sampling method according to the s number of the teachers in 8 schools for 204 people. The tool for data collection was 5 levels rating scale questionnaire which has 5 parts that has IOC rating between 0.67–1.00 and has the tool content validity equals to 0.98. The statistics used for data analysis were mean of frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and One–way ANOVA. The finding indicated 1) the results of the implementation of the information system for the quality assurance of educational institutions was overall and in each individual aspect at a high level, 2) the comparison of the implementation of the information system for the quality assurance of educational institutions showed that 2.1) the results of implementation of the information system for the quality assurance of educational institutions classified by the position of the respondents was not different, and 2.2) the results of implementation of the information system for quality assurance of educational institutions classified by school size was different at the statistically significant .05 level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 36 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มสหวิทยา เขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 36 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การสอนในโรงเรียนกลุ่มสหวิทยาเขตสุดถิ่นไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 36 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 8 โรงเรียน จำนวน 212 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (กรณีผู้บริหาร) จำนวน 8 คน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามขนาดโรงเรียนตามจำนวนประชากรจากจำนวนครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่การสอนทั้ง 8 โรงเรียน จำนวน 204 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ จำนวน 5 ด้าน ซึ่งมีค่า IOC อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาการจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพของสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา พบว่า 2.1) การดำเนินงานการจัดระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่งของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามไม่แตกต่างกัน และ 2.2) การดำเนินงานการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ เพื่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
