A STUDY OF THE ADMINISTRATORS' ROLES IN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT INDIGITAL ERA OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCALADMINISTRATION MUEANG CHIANG RAI DISTRICT

Abstract

A study of the administrators' roles in promoting Educational management in digital Era. The objective of this research to study 1) to study of the administrators' roles in Educational management in digital Era 2) to compare the administrators' roles in Educational management in digital Era according to Educational degree and work experiences. The sample was the administrators and teacher of schools under the Department of Local Administration Mueang Chiang Rai District 285 persons. The instruments used in this study were five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability 0.870 and the data were analyzed by descriptive statistics include percentage, frequency average, standard deviation and inferential statistics: One-Way ANOVA and test the mean difference individually by LSD (Least Significant Difference). The results of the study found 1) the administrators' roles in Educational management in digital Era, overall are the high levels. Considering in orders, the highest mean to the lowest one was as follows: Application of innovation and information technology in educational administration, Encouraging learners to learn by modern techniques and using technology, Promoting and developing teachers to have skills in using technology, and Determination a vision for the importance of technology. 2) The comparison of the administrators' roles in Educational management in digital Era according to Educational degree were statistically different at the .05 level by 3 orders as Determination a vision for the importance of technology, Promoting and developing teachers to have skills in using technology, and Application of innovation and information technology in educational administration but Encouraging learners to learn by modern techniques and using technology were not statistically different. and The comparison of the administrators' roles in Educational management in digital Era according to work experiences were statistically different at the .05 level only 1 orders as Application of innovation and information technology in educational administration but Determination a vision for the importance of technology, Promoting and developing teachers to have skills in using technology, and Encouraging learners to learn by modern techniques and using technology were not statistically different.

การศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารต่อการจัดการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลฯ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารต่อการจัดการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลฯ และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารต่อการจัดการศึกษา ยุคดิจิทัลฯ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูของโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จำนวน 285 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.870 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (one–way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างทางสถิติได้ทดสอบผลต่างค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ ด้วยวิธี LSD (Least Significant Difference) จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) บทบาทของผู้บริหารต่อการจัดการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลฯ ผลการศึกษา พบว่าโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงตามลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการนํานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ด้านการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิควิธีการ ที่ทันสมัยโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาครูให้มีทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ให้เห็นความสำคัญของเทคโนโลยี 2) บทบาทของผู้บริหารต่อการจัดการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลฯ จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า มี 3 ด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ให้เห็นความสำคัญของเทคโนโลยี ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาครูให้มีทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และด้านการนํานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ส่วนด้านการส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิควิธีการที่ทันสมัยโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน และบทบาทของผู้บริหารต่อการจัดการศึกษายุคดิจิทัลฯ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีด้านที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านการนํานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศมาใช้ในการบริหารสถานศึกษา ส่วนด้านการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ให้เห็นความสำคัญของเทคโนโลยี ด้านการส่งเสริมพัฒนาครูให้มีทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และด้านการส่งเสริม ให้ผู้เรียนได้เรียนรู้ด้วยเทคนิควิธีการที่ทันสมัยโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี พบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน
