Change Management for Vocational Excellence of the Technical College Under the Northern Vocational Education Institute 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) To study the level of change management to vocational excellence of technical College under the Northern Vocational Education Institute 2. 2) to compare the transition management towards vocational excellence of technical colleges Under the Northern Vocational Education Institute 2 Classified by the educational level, the position of work and the operational experience. The sample in this research consisted of 251 people by using krejcie and morgan sampling method. the participates were the directors teacher and officer in technical College under the Northern Vocational Education Institute 2. The instrument used a questionnaire with 1-5 level of Likert’s Scale with the reliability of 0.952. The statistics is used to analyze data and the difference were percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test independent and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Using the Scheffe 'method of analyzing pairs of means to see if there is a difference.

The results of this study were as follows: 1) change management to vocational excellence of technical college was significant high the six aspects with the high. The six aspects with the highest of mean were organizational structure, personnel development, innovation and technology, corporate culture promotion, Sustainability and the lowest is Awareness building. 2) to compare the result of change management to vocational excellence of technical College under the Northern Vocational Education Institute 2, classified the position of work, found that overall there was a statistically significant difference of 0.05, classified by operational experience, finding that personnel development and innovation and technology differed statistically significantly at .05.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางการอาชีวศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางการอาชีวศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 2 จำแนกตามลักษณะตำแหน่งที่ปฏิบัติงาน ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอนและเจ้าหน้าที่สายสนับสุนนในวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 2 กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ ตารางเครจซี และมอร์แกน จำนวน 251 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีคิดของลิเคอร์ท สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวเมื่อพบความแตกต่างใช้วิธีทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ตามวิธีของเชฟเฟ่

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางการอาชีวศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี ด้านการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ด้านการสร้างความยั่งยืน ส่วนด้านการสร้างความตระหนัก มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ตามลำดับ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบ การบริหารการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางการอาชีวศึกษาของวิทยาลัยเทคนิค สังกัดสถาบันการอาชีวศึกษาภาคเหนือ 2 จำแนกตามลักษณะตำแหน่งที่ปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวม มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร และด้านนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
