FACTORS AFFECTING ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION FOR SCHOOLS UNDER PHAYAOPRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) to study the levels of factors affecting academic administration for school under Phayao primary education service area office 1 2) to study the levels of academic administration for school under Phayao primary education service area office 1 3) to study the relationship of factor level of academic administration for school under Phayao primary education service area office 1 and 4) to set forecast equations the factors affecting academic administration for school under Phayao primary education service area office 1. The 254 sample groups are random from educational administrators and teachers under Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1 with sample size determination using Krejcie and Morgan table. The tools used to collect data of this research are rating (valuation) scale of questionnaire has a rating scale of 5 levels. Index of item-objective congruence was between 0.67-1.00. The reliability used of Cronbach's alpha coefficient with the value 0.83 The data is analyzed by using percentage, average, standard deviation and Pearson’s coefficient analysis, and use the analysis of multiple regression equations. The research findings were as follows: 1) the overall of levels of factors affecting academic administration for school under Phayao primary education service area office 1 is in excellent level. 2) the level of the school to be academic administration under Phayao primary education service area office 1 is in excellent level. 3) the overall aspect of the relationship of factor level of school to be academic administration under Office of Phayao Primary Educational Service Area 1. The statistical significance is at .01. 4) there are 4 factors used to predict the school to be academic administration as follow: factor of buildings (X5), factor of teachers (X2), factor of parents and communities (X3), and factor of educational technology (X6). These factors could predict the academic administration on the percentage of 71 at the statistical significance .01. and can be written in a prediction equation as follows: The multiple regression equations are raw score was: = .40 + .35 (X5) + .27 (X2) + .20 (X3) + .14 (X6) The predict equation of standard score was: = .46 (Z5) + .31 (Z2) + .20 (Z3) + .13 (Z6)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระดับ การบริหารงานวิชาการกับระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 จำนวน 254 คน กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นชั้นของการสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.83 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 โดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารวิชาการของสถานศึกษากับระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการของสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) การสร้างสมการพยากรณ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 มี 4 ปัจจัย คือ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ (x5) ด้านครูผู้สอน (x2) ด้านผู้ปกครองและชุมชน (x3) และด้านสื่อและเทคโนโลยีทางการศึกษา (x6) ตามลำดับ สามารถพยากรณ์การบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา ได้ร้อยละ 71 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ดังสมการณ์พยากรณ์ต่อไปนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ =.40+.35(X5)+.27(X2)+.20(X3)+.14(X6) และ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน =.46(Z5)+ .31(Z2)+.20(Z3)+.13(Z6)
