EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDERTHE OFFICE OF PHAYAO PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the emotional intelligence level of school administrators. and compare the level of emotional intelligence of school administrators Under the Phayao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, classified by work experience. Educational qualification and size of the school.The population in this study was school teachers. Under the Office of Phayao Elementary Education Service Area 1, Academic Year 2021, a total of 646 people and samples were obtained by using the Krejcie and Morgan sample comparison tables and randomly assigned by stratified random sampling. The size of the educational institution was used as a class to randomly select a sample of 242 people. The confidence value of the whole issue was 0.981, the content validity was equal to 1.00 for all items. The data were analyzed by using basic statistics such as percentage, mean and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing statistics were t-test, one-way analysis of variance. and the double mean test using the Scheffé's method. The results showed that 1) Emotional Intelligence of Executives Overall, it's at a high level. Sorted from most to least is the aspect of self-motivation. The perception of the feelings of others Social skills Self-awareness and self-control 2) Comparison of emotional intelligence of school administrators classified by work experience. There was no difference in educational qualification and level of educational institutions at the statistical significance of .05.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และเปรียบเทียบระดับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน วุฒิการศึกษาและขนาดของสถานศึกษาประชากร ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพะเยา เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 646 คน และ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้มาโดยวิธีการใช้ตารางเทียบหากลุ่มตัวอย่างเครจซี่และ มอร์แกนและสุ่มโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้ขนาดของสถานศึกษาเป็นชั้นในการสุ่มได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 242 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.981 ค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหามีค่าเท่ากับ 1.00 ทุกข้อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบสมมติฐานได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้แก่ตนเอง ด้านการรับรู้ความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น ด้านการมีทักษะทางสังคม ด้านการตระหนักรู้อารมณ์ตนเอง และด้านการควบคุมอารมณ์ตนเอง 2) การเปรียบเทียบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน วุฒิการศึกษาและระดับของสถานศึกษาไม่มีความแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05
