A Study of Situational Leadership of School Administrators, Rimkok Consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area ChiangRai

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to study situational leadership of school administrator. Rimkok Consortium under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai 2) to compare situational Leadership of school administrator, Rimkok Consortium under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai classified by educational background and work experience. The sample group used in this research was educational institution administrators and school teachers in Rimkok Consortium under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai, number 226 people. The research tool was a questionnaire with the reliability 0.890. The statistics used in data analysis were as follows. The distribution of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation was used statistically T-test, F-test or One Way ANOVA) when found the differences, and comparisons were performed by the method of Least Significant Difference. The results of this study were as follows:

1. The situational Leadership of school administrator, Rimkok Consortium under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai were overall at a high level. As in each aspect followed by Supportive, Participative, Achievement-oriented and Directive.

2. The comparison of situational Leadership of school administrator, Rimkok Consortium under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Chiang Rai classified by educational background were not significant different and classified by work experience the overall difference was statistically significant at .05

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตริมกก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตริมกก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตริมกก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำนวน 226 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.890 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ การทดสอบ T-test การทดสอบ F-test หรือ One Way ANOVA เมื่อพบความแตกต่างกันทำการเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธี LS.D (Least Significant Difference) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตริมกก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านผู้นำแบบสนับสนุน รองลงมา คือ ด้านผู้นำแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผู้นำแบบมุ่งความสำเร็จ และด้านผู้นำแบบสั่งการ ตามลำดับ

2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำตามสถานการณ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สหวิทยาเขตริมกก สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเชียงราย จำแนกตามระดับวุฒิการศึกษา ภาพรวมมีความแตกต่างอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ และจำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน ภาพรวมมีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05
