THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY OF SCHOOLS IN CHIANG SEAN DISTRICT UNDER CHIANGRAI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

Abstract

The purposes of the research were to study 1) the level of transformational leadership of school administrators in Chiang Sean District. 2) the level of professional learning community of Chiang Saen District schools. and 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and professional learning community of Chiang Sean District schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3. Sampling size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table as well as stratified random sampling. The 191 samples were derived from four school size; small size schools, medium size schools, large size schools and super-size schools which were included 13 school administrator and 178 teachers under Chiang Saen District schools. The 5 rating scale questionnaire were applied as data collecting. A conformity index value of 0.67-1.00, a sentiment value of 0.844 and analysed by Average, Standard Deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The results of the study were as follows; 1) The level of transformational leadership of Chiang Sean District School Administrators was wholly qualified as good level. 2) the level of professional learning community of Chiang Saen District schools was wholly qualified as good level. 3) the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators and professional learning community of Chiang Sean District schools under Chiang Rai Primary Education Service Area Office 3 was a positive correlation and statically significant at .01 level.

การศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตัวเองในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของสถานศึกษาอำเภอเชียงแสน 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษาอำเภอเชียงแสน และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงกับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษาอำเภอเชียงแสน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 ซึ่งได้กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน และใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified random sampling) โดยใช้ขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นเกณฑ์ในการแบ่งออกเป็น 4 ขนาด ได้แก่ ขนาดเล็ก กลาง ใหญ่ และใหญ่พิเศษ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร จำนวน 13 คนและครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาอำเภอเชียงแสน จำนวน 178 คน รวมทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 191 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.844 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียรสัน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอำเภอเชียงแสน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ รองลงมา คือ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการกระตุ้นทางปัญญา 2) ระดับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษาอำเภอเชียงแสน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด คือ ด้านทีมร่วมแรงร่วมใจ รองลงมา คือ ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ร่วม และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านโครงสร้างสนับสนุนชุมชน 3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก อยู่ในระดับสูง (r = .79) กับการเป็นชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ทางวิชาชีพของสถานศึกษาอำเภอเชียงแสน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
