The Relationship between the 21st Century Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and The Effectiveness of School Administration under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purpose of this research were for 1) to study strategic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators. in the administration of educational institutions under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 2) To study the effectiveness of school administration under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 3) To study the relationship between strategic leadership in the 21st century of school administrators and the effectiveness of school administration under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. A random sample of teachers consisted of 297 people. Data were collected with questionnaires developed by the researcher. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean (X), standard deviation (S.D.) and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation.

The results of the research found that 1) the personal status of the respondents were female 73.7%, aged 30-40 years old, 38.0% had the highest bachelor's degree, 79.1%, had 4-6 years of teaching experience, 30.0% and Working in a medium-sized school 50.2% 2) The results of the analysis of 21st century strategic leadership data of educational institution administrators Overall, it's at a high level. 3) The results of the data analysis on the effectiveness of the administration of the school administrators Overall, it's at a high level. 4) The Relationship between the 21st Century Strategic Leadership of School Administrators and The Effectiveness of School Administration under Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, was a high level of positive correlation. statistically significant at the .01 level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 2) เพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยครู จำนวน 297 คน รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (X) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สถานภาพบุคคลของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม เป็น เพศหญิง ร้อยละ 73.7 อายุ 30-40 ปี ร้อยละ 38.0 วุฒิการศึกษาสูงสุดระดับปริญญาตรี ร้อยละ 79.1 มีประสบการณ์การเป็นครู 4-6 ปี ร้อยละ 30.0 และปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง ร้อยละ 50.2 2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารงานสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 มีค่าความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
