INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATIONS OF PRIVATE SCHOOLSUNDER NAN PROVINCIAL EDUCATION OFFICE

Abstract

The objective of this study the Internal Quality Assurance Operations of Private Schools under Nan Provincial Education Office. And compare the internal quality assurance operations of private schools Under Nan Provincial Education Office classified by gender and position. The population and sample used in this study are 20 school principals by specific selection and 144 teachers were obtained by specifying using the Krejcie & Morgan sample size table. A sample group comprised of 164 people. The research instruments were 2 types of exams. Which are survey forms and rating scale 5 levels. The IOC conformity index is between 0.67-1.00 and the confidence index is equal to 0.95. Statistics used in data analysis including frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test with independent sample test.

The results of this research found that

1. Internal Quality Assurance Operations of Private Schools under Nan Provincial Education Office, In general, at a high level the aspect with the highest average value was the evaluation and examination of the internal educational quality of the schools.

2. A comparison of the internal quality assurance operations of private schools under Nan Provincial Education Office classified by gender, overall and each side were not different. When classified by position Overall and each aspect is not different. Except for the evaluation and examination of the quality of internal education of the school Differences were statistically significant at the .05 level.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดน่าน 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดน่าน จำแนกตามเพศ และตำแหน่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 20 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง และครู จำนวน 144 คน ได้มาจากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน รวมกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 164 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบ 2 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบสำรวจรายการและแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง IOC อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่า t-test แบบ Independent sample test

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า

1. การดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดน่าน โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ การประเมินผลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถานศึกษา

2. การเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนเอกชน สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดน่าน จำแนกตามเพศ โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามตำแหน่ง โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ยกเว้นด้านการประเมินผลและตรวจสอบคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในของสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
