การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 จำนวน 123 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการเปิดตาราง Krejcie & Morgan และการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) จำแนกตามสถานศึกษาในแต่ละอำเภอ และวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวตามวิธีการของ Scheffe

จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า

2. จากผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงพฤติกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 1 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามอายุและระดับการศึกษา พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
