FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS OF INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER VOCATIONAL EDUCATION IN CHIANG RAI

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of the factors of the success in the internal quality assurance in the Vocational Education Institutions, 2) to study the level of success in of the internal quality assurance in the Vocational Education Institutions, 3) to study the relationship between the factors affect the success and the internal quality assurance administration of the Vocational Education Institutions, 4) to design the equations for predicting the success in the internal quality assurance administration of the Vocational Education Institutions. The 260 samples selected by using finished table (programmed table) of Krejcie and Morgan to find the Stratified Random Sampling and proportion of sample from each educational institute and then do the specific sampling. The tools used in this research are 5 level of questionnaire. The index of conformance is between 0.67 and 1.00 and the confidence is 0.957. The statistic of data analysis consists of frequency distribution, percentage, average (mean), standard deviation, Pearson's coefficient analysis and the analysis step by step of multiple regression to design the predicted equation. The results of research finds that 1) the factors of the success in the internal quality assurance in the Vocational Education Institutions is in good level, 2) the level of success in of the internal quality assurance in the Vocational Education Institutions is in good level, 3) the positive relationship between the factors affect the success and the internal quality assurance administration of the Vocational Education Institutions is at .01, 4) 4 factors are able to predict the success of the Vocational Education Institutions are a factor of communication, factor of educational staff, factor of leadership of educational administrator (director) and the factor of cooperation of staff in vocational institutes shows the statistic at .01 . The correlation coefficient is equal to 0.843. This is able to predict the success at 71.12% and the standard deviation of the prediction is 0.299. The predict equations are as follow: The Unstandardized Score form (equation) is Y' = 1.140 +.309X10 +.213X5 +.117X1 +.106X9 and the Standard Score form (equation) is Z'y = .373ZX10 +.275ZX5 +.150X1 +.142ZX9

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จกับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา 4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอน และบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา จำนวน 260 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น กำหนดสัดส่วนตามขนาดของกลุ่มประชากรในแต่ละสถานศึกษา และทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.957 สถิติในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาโดยรวมทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการบริหารประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษาทุกด้าน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ปัจจัยที่สามารถพยากรณ์ระดับความสำเร็จในการบริหารงานประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา มี 4 ปัจจัย คือ ปัจจัยด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร และปัจจัยด้านการมีส่วนร่วม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณในการทำนายเท่ากับ 0.843 สามารถพยากรณ์ความสำเร็จได้ร้อยละ 71.12 และค่าคลาดเคลื่อนจากการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ 0.299 ดังสมการพยากรณ์ต่อไปนี้ สมการรูปคะแนนดิบ Y' = 1.140 +.309X10 +.213X5 +.117X1 +.106X9 และสมการรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z'y = .373ZX10 +.275ZX5 +.150X1 +.142ZX9
