ADMINISTRATION OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA OF WIANG KAEN DISTRICT CHIANG RAI PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study administration of child development center. And to compare the administration of the Child Development Center Of the local government organization In the area of ​​Wiang Kaen District Chiang Rai Population used in the research were administrators of child development centers, teachers, educational personnel. Of local government organizations in the area of ​​Wiang Kaen District Chiang Rai province, 100 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with 5 rating scales with 27 items. The criteria for determining IOC values ​​were between 0.67-1.00 and then analyzed for alpha coefficient. The α-coefficient of Cronbach is 0.96. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบ การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ครูผู้สอน บุคลากรทางการศึกษาขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 27 ข้อ เกณฑ์ในการกำหนดค่า IOC ซึ่งอยู่ระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟา (α-coefficient) ของครอนบาค (Cronbach) มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.96 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย มาตรฐานทั้ง 3 ด้านในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ได้แก่ มาตรฐานที่ 3 ด้านคุณภาพเด็กปฐมวัย รองลงมาคือ มาตรฐานที่ 2 ด้านกระบวนดูแลจัดประสบการณ์เรียนรู้และเล่น และด้านที่มีเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ มาตรฐานที่ 1 ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน พบว่า 2.1 การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย พบว่า การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำแนกตามตำแหน่งในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ผู้บริหารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กมีการบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นมากที่สุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งครูผู้สอน และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ตำแหน่งบุคลากรทางการศึกษา 2.2 การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาโท รองลงมา ได้แก่ วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ วุฒิการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี 2.3 การบริหารงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ในเขตพื้นที่อำเภอเวียงแก่น จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ระดับมากที่สุด ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 6-10 ปี รองลงมา ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 10 ปีขึ้นไป และน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 1-5 ปี
