A STUDY OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION IN EDUCATION: A CASE STUDY OF CHIANG RAI PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION SCHOOL

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study the academic administration of the school Rai Province in the opinions of teachers in schools. 2) To compare the condition Academic Administration of School Administration offense in the opinions of teachers in schools. By Qualifications and work experience. The sample group used in the study was 97 teachers in Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization Schools. The tools used for data collection were Questionnaires using 40 5 level estimation scale with the IOC of 0.67-1.00 and the reliability of the questionnaire 0.925. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent samples t–test, F–test and Scheffe’ method. Research results as follows: 1. The opinions of teachers regarding the academic administration of the University: A Case Study of Chiang Rai Provincial Administrative Organization School. The overall level When considering each aspect with the highest average is the educational supervision, followed by the development of the learning process. And with an average minimum of curriculum development. 2. The comparison of the academic management of the schools: the Graduate School of Administration, Chiang Rai. BY Qualification and work experience as a whole is no different. A list of teachers whose qualifications are different opinions on the academic administration is no different. And teachers with experience in the areas of curriculum development at different levels 0.05. When comparing individual differences It was found that the pairs with different characteristics, namely teachers with 10 years of teaching experience or more, had more opinions than teachers with 5 years of teaching experience.

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงรายตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียน และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงรายตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 97 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามโดยใช้มาตราประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของเครื่องมือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (IOC) เท่ากับ 0.67–1.00 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม 0.925 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การทดสอบค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ระดับความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงราย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา รองลงมา คือ ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของสถานศึกษา: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนรายด้านครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ไม่แตกต่างกัน และครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ พบว่าคู่ที่มีความแตกต่างกัน ได้แก่ ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ใน การสอน 10 ปีขึ้นไป มีความคิดเห็นมากกว่าครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอน ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
