THE ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN MAESUAI DISTRICT CHIANGRAI PROVINCE, CHIANGRAI PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of the independent study were to explore the state on early childhood academic administration of school administrators in Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province and to compare the academic administration in early childhood of school administrators in Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai Province classified by age, educational level, and work duration. The sample consisted of 127 educational personnel in Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai province by stratified random sampling using the Center for Educational Quality Development Network to divide and find out the proportion of school administrators and the teachers in early childhood school. The instrument used in this study was a 5 level rating scale questionnaire by Index of item-objective congruence was between 0.67-1.00. The reliability used of Cronbach's alpha coefficient with the value 0.89. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the one-way analysis of variance and a pair differences test by Scheffe' method. The independent study found that. 1. The overall of school administrators’ early childhood academic administration in Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province under the office of Chiang Rai primary educational service area 2 were at medium level. When each aspect was considered, the measurement and evaluation of development was the highest average, followed by the curriculum development and application, learning media development, and educational supervision, respectively. The aspect on learning configuration was lowest. 2. The finding on comparison of the academic administration in early childhood of school administrators in Mae Suai district, Chiang Rai Province under the office of Chiang Rai primary educational service area 2 classified by age found that the educational personnel with different ages had the different opinions towards the academic administration in early childhood of school administrators in terms of educational supervision and learning media development at the statistical significance level of .05. The data classified by education level found that the opinion of educational personnel with different levels towards the academic administration in early childhood of school administrators was not different. The aspect of work duration found that the educational personnel with different work duration had the different opinions towards the academic administration in early childhood of school administrators in terms of the curriculum development and application and educational supervision at the statistical significance level of .05

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอแม่สรวย จังหวัดเชียงราย และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอแม่สรวย จังหวัดเชียงราย จำแนกตามอายุ ระดับการศึกษาและระยะการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรทางการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในอำเภอแม่สรวย จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 127 คน โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ โดยใช้ศูนย์เครือข่ายพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาเป็นชั้นในการแบ่งและคำนวณหาสัดส่วนของของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูปฐมวัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยหาค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC) มีค่าระหว่าง 0.67–1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น โดยใช้สัมประสิทธ์แอลฟา (α-Coefficient) ตามวิธีของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.89 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างรายคู่ โดยวิธีของ Scheffe’ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอแม่สรวย จังหวัดเชียงราย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการวัดและประเมินผลพัฒนาการ รองลงมา ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ 2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในอำเภอแม่สรวย จังหวัดเชียงราย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเชียงราย เขต 2 จำแนกตามอายุ พบว่า บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในด้านการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ และด้านการพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่า บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน และจำแนกตามระยะการปฏิบัติงาน พบว่า บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีระยะการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ และด้านการนิเทศการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
