THE DEVELOPMENT OF TAI LUE NATURAL DYEING CURRICULUM TO ENHANCE CREATIVE ABILITY FOR LOWER SECONDARY STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to create and examine the Tai Lue natural dyeing curriculum to enhance creative ability for lower secondary students, 2) to implement the curriculum, and 3) to study the satisfaction with the natural dyes curriculum implementation. The sample were Matthayom 3 students studying in academic year 2019 at Ban Jambon School, Ang thong, Chiang khong, Phayao Province. And there were 27 people. The instruments used for this experiment were: 1) the natural dyes curriculum, 2) cotton dying with natural dyes knowledge test, 3) cotton dying with natural dyes skill assessment, 4) creative thinking ability assessment, and 5) questionnaire for satisfaction with the curriculum implementation. There were 20 items on pre-test and post-test in cotton dying with natural dyes knowledge test. Data was statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and dependent sample t-test. The findings were: 1) The natural dyes curriculum consisted of seven components as follows: 1) Principle 2) Course objectives 3) Course content 4) Training activities 5) Training media 6) Measurement and Evaluation, and 7) Course completion. There is an integration of science content with Tai Lue culture about cotton dying with natural dyes. The result were that curriculum was approved in suitability at highest level. 2) The students’ cotton dying with natural dyes knowledge of Tai Lue cloth after implementing in the curriculum was higher than before implementing the curriculum with statistically significant at the .05 level. 3) The students’ cotton dying with natural dyes skill of Tai Lue cloth after implementing in the curriculum was higher than the criteria of percentage of 75 with statistically significant at the .05 level (=14.04, representing 87.73%). 4) The creative thinking ability of students during training management had very good quality (= 3.38, representing 87.72%). 5) The satisfaction of students towards natural dyes curriculum implementation in the overall was at highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตรสีย้อมธรรมชาติผ้าไทลื้อเพื่อเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น 2) เพื่อทดลองใช้หลักสูตร 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจในการใช้หลักสูตร กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านจำบอน ตำบลอ่างทอง อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 27 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ หลักสูตรสีย้อมธรรมชาติ แบบประเมินทักษะในการย้อมสีย้อมธรรมชาติ แบบประเมินความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจในการใช้หลักสูตร การดำเนินการทดลองตามแผนการจัดการฝึกอบรมเป็นเวลา 21 ชั่วโมง ใช้แบบแผนการวิจัยแบบกลุ่มทดลองกลุ่มเดียว มีการสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t–test แบบ Dependent Samples) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) หลักสูตรสีย้อมธรรมชาติมีองค์ประกอบ 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร เนื้อหาของหลักสูตร กิจกรรมการฝึกอบรม สื่อและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ประกอบการฝึกอบรม การวัดและการประเมินผล และเกณฑ์การจบหลักสูตร มีการบูรณาการเนื้อหาวิทยาศาสตร์กับวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่นไทลื้อเกี่ยวกับการย้อมด้ายฝ้ายจากสีย้อมธรรมชาติ จากการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของหลักสูตร พบว่า หลักสูตรมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) นักเรียนมีความรู้ในการย้อมด้ายฝ้ายจากสีย้อมธรรมชาติผ้าไทลื้อ หลังการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองใช้หลักสูตรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3) นักเรียนมีทักษะในการย้อมด้ายฝ้ายจากสีย้อมธรรมชาติผ้าไทลื้อ หลังการทดลองใช้หลักสูตร มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 14.04 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.73 ซึ่งมาค่าสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4) นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์ระหว่างการจัดการฝึกอบรม มีคะแนนประเมินความสามารถในการคิดสร้างสรรค์มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.38 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 87.72 ในระดับคุณภาพดีมาก 5) นักเรียนความพึงพอใจในการใช้หลักสูตรสีย้อมธรรมชาติ พบว่า นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจในการใช้หลักสูตร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
