The Relationship between Information Technology and Academic Operations of Teachers in School under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were as follow (1) to study the state of information technology of teachers in schools under the secondary educational service area office 1 (2) to study the academic operations of teachers in schools under the secondary educational service area office 1 (3) to study the relationship between information technology and academic operations in schools under the secondary educational service area office 1 and (4) to study the effect of information technology toward the academic operations of teachers in schools under the secondary educational service area office 1. The samples were 266 secondary schools teachers selected by stratified sampling from schools under the secondary educational service area office 1. The instrument for collecting data was Likert’s Scale questionnaire which the validity was between 0.67–1.00. The reliability was 0.89. The data were analyzed through mean standard deviation simple correlation and multiple regressions analysis.

The research results revealed that (1) the information technology of teachers in schools under the secondary educational service area office 1 in overall and each aspect were at high level (2) the academic operations of teachers in schools under the secondary educational service area office 1 in overall and each aspect were at high level (3) the relationship between information technology and academic operations of teachers in schools was positive relation at medium to high level (r = .666-.793, p<.01) and (4) the computer operating system and the administration management could be predicted the academic operations of teachers for 70.6%,of the predictors were .427 and .385 respectively.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 (2) ศึกษาระดับการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 และ (4) ศึกษาการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศที่ส่งผลต่อการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวนครู 266 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม แบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ หาค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา มีค่าระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.89 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การคำนวณค่าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าความสัมพันธ์อย่างง่าย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) การปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูในสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านพบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับกลางถึงสูง (r มีค่าระหว่าง .666-.793, p<.01) และ (4) ด้านระบบและอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ และด้านการบริหารจัดการ สามารถทำนายการปฏิบัติงานวิชาการของครูได้ ร้อยละ 70.6 น้ำหนักการทำนายเป็น .427 และ .385 ตามลำดับ
