Factors Affecting the Participation in the Activities of Buddhist Monasteries in Maesai Sub-District, Muang, Phayao

Abstract

This thesis aimed at studying the factors relating to the participation in the affairs of Buddhist monasteries in the participation in decision, corporation, evaluation, and taking advantages. The factors included the recognition of roles and duties, characters, attitudes, community engagement, perception of news, and activities. The study was conducted in the mixed methods by both quantitative and qualitative methodology. For the quantitative study, the questionnaires were used to 376 samples in 12 villages of Maesai Sub-District, whereas the interview was used to the 39 community leaders in Maesai Sub-District Local Administration Office, Headmen and their deputies in villages. The study revealed that the factors in recognition of roles and duties were at the high level (4.0), in the characters at high level (4.2), in the attitude were at the medium level (3.9), in the obligation to the community were at the high level (4.3), in the information perception were at the high level (4.1), in the affairs were at the high level (4.1), in the participation of decision were at the medium level (3.5), of the corporation were at the high level (3.8), and taking advantages were and taking advantages (3.9), For the six related factors affecting the satisfactoriness of the people in the four affairs of temples, it was found that it was statistic significance at 0.01, except the community engagement.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยต่างๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของวัด ในการมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน มีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ และมีส่วนร่วม ในการประเมินผล โดยปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ การรับรู้บทบาทและหน้าที่ บุคลิกภาพ เจตคติที่ดี และความผูกพันต่อชุมชน ปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ การรับรู้ข่าวสาร และด้านกิจกรรมการวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัย แบบผสมผสาน ทั้งการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามกับกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 376 ตัวอย่าง ใน 12 หมู่บ้าน ในตำบลแม่ใส อำเภอเมืองพะเยา จังหวัดพะเยา การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงโดยกำหนดเลือกผู้นำชุมชนในตำบลแม่ใส ได้แก่ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ใส ปลัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ใส กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน จำนวน 39 คน ผลการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ บทบาทและหน้าที่อยู่ในระดับมาก (4.0) ด้านบุคลิกภาพ ในระดับมาก (4.2) ด้านเจตคติ ในระดับมาก (3.9) ด้านความผูกพันต่อชุมชน ในระดับมากที่สุด (4.3) ด้านการรับรู้ข่าวสาร ในระดับมาก (4.1) และด้านกิจกรรม ในระดับมาก (4.1) การมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ ในระดับมาก (3.5) การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน ในระดับมาก (3.8) การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ ในระดับมาก (3.8) และการมีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินผล ในระดับปานกลาง (3.0) และจากการศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้ง 6 ด้าน พบว่ามีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจ ในการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการเข้ามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมของวัด ทั้ง 4 ด้าน พบว่ามีอิทธิพล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.01 ยกเว้นความผูกพันต่อชุมชน ไม่มีอิทธิพลกับการประเมินผล
