A MODEL OF SCHOOL LEARNING ECOSYSTEM MANAGEMENT FOR PROMOTING LIFELONG LEARNING UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to present a model of school learning ecosystem management for promoting lifelong learning under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research was conducted in four steps as follows. First, 1) studying the elements of learning ecosystem for promoting lifelong learning Identifying the elements through document synthesis and a survey of 342 school administrators. The research instrument was a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using content analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Second, studying guidelines through interviews with five experts. The instrument was an interview protocol, with data analyzed by content analysis, mean, and standard deviation. Third, constructing and examining the propriety of the model with 20 experts. The instrument was a questionnaire, and data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. Finally, valuating the model through questionnaires., with a sample group of 342 administrators and data analyzed using mean and standard deviation.

The research showed that a model of school learning ecosystem management for promoting lifelong learning under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office consisted of five components: 1) Principles 2) Objectives 3) The components of learning ecosystem 4) Guidelines for the model of the school learning ecosystem management for promoting lifelong learning, and 5) Key success factors. The result of the propriety assessment of the model indicated by the experts was at the highest level. The result of the feasibility assessment by the school administrators was at a high level, while the utility assessment was considered at the highest level.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (Research and Development) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การศึกษาองค์ประกอบของระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ โดยการสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 342 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน 2) การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 3) การสร้างและตรวจสอบรูปแบบ ในการตรวจสอบรูปแบบเป็นการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 20 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและ 4) การประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 342 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) หลักการการบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต 2) วัตถุประสงค์การบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริม การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต 3) องค์ประกอบระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต 4) แนวทาง การบริหารระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต และ 5) ปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จการบริหาร ระบบนิเวศการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ผลการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผลการประเมินความเป็นไปได้อยู่ในระดับมาก และความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด
