Development of a Training Curriculum to Promote Short Film Production Skills and Earthquake Awareness among Upper Secondary School Students at Maelaowittayakom School

Abstract

This research aims to 1) develop and evaluate the quality of a training curriculum on short film production to promote earthquake disaster awareness among upper secondary school students, and 2) examine the effects of the curriculum implementation on students' filmmaking skills and disaster awareness. The participants were 30 upper secondary students from Maelaowittayakom School, selected through voluntary sampling. The research instruments included 1) the developed training curriculum, ) an earthquake awareness assessment form, and 3) a short film production skill evaluation form. Data were collected from March 18 to April 8, 2024, and analyzed using percentage and standard deviation. The findings indicated that 1) the curriculum, comprising objectives, content, training processes, and assessment methods, was rated as highly appropriate (mean = 4.80, S.D. = 0.40). 2) After training, participants’ short film production skills were at a very high level (mean = 4.86, S.D. = 0.35). and 3) their earthquake awareness was also at a very high level (mean = 2.81, S.D. = 0.38).

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อสร้างและหาคุณภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผลิตสื่อภาพยนตร์สั้น เพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ต่อภัยพิบัติแผ่นดินไหว สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย 2) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผลิตสื่อภาพยนตร์สั้นเพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ต่อภัยพิบัติแผ่นดินไหว สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนแม่ลาววิทยาคม จำนวน 30 คน ใช้วิธีการเลือกโดยสมัครใจ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผลิตสื่อภาพยนตร์สั้นเพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ต่อภัยพิบัติแผ่นดินไหว 2) แบบประเมินความตระหนักรู้ต่อภัยพิบัติแผ่นดินไหว 3) แบบประเมินทักษะการสร้างภาพยนตร์สั้น โดยเก็บข้อมูลตั้งแต่วันที่ 18 มีนาคม ถึง 8 เมษายน 2567 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมผลิตสื่อภาพยนตร์สั้นเพื่อส่งเสริมความตระหนักรู้ต่อภัยพิบัติแผ่นดินไหว สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ประกอบด้วย จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร เนื้อหา กระบวนการฝึกอบรม การวัดและประเมินผล โดยมีความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 4.80, S.D. = 0.40 ) 2) ผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมฯ พบว่า 2.1) พบว่า ทักษะการสร้างภาพยนตร์สั้นของผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมหลังการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย= 4.86, S.D. = 0.35 ) และ 2.2) ความตระหนักรู้ของผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมหลังการฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับ ดีมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย = 2.81, S.D. = 0.38 )
